A Ripple Effect of Kindness: Partnering with Colleen Grobler to Distribute 56,000+ Products

Following the receipt of the incredible donation totaling over 56,000 feminine hygiene products, we reached out to Colleen Grobler from Areyeng Residence. While initially interested in supplies for their residents, Colleen saw an opportunity to make an exponentially greater impact. She expressed a keen willingness to play a central role in the wider distribution of these items—a commitment for which we are truly thankful.

Recognizing the massive potential of this gift, Colleen stepped forward to become the master coordinator for the subsequent distribution. Under her dedicated and watchful care, she took charge of the entire remainder of the 56,000+ feminine hygiene products, leveraging her extensive organizational network to ensure these vital supplies reached numerous vulnerable women and girls across the community.

This is a powerful example of how collaboration multiplies kindness.

Thanks to Colleen’s facilitation and coordination, this immense gift will now be shared and distributed among various organizations serving vulnerable ladies that she connects with through her professional network groups. Her selfless commitment as the central facilitator is truly what magnified the impact of this incredible donation.

Together, we are making an exponentially greater impact!

Spotlight: Areyeng Residence – Mental Health Care

Our partnership with Colleen began through her role at Areyeng Residence, a licensed non-profit organization registered with the Department of Health since 2004.

Areyeng provides long-term, semi-independent living for people diagnosed with mainly schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. The Management and staff selflessly care for their residents with dignity and respect, committed to being a place of care as well as a voice for the most vulnerable mentally ill.

The facility currently accommodates forty residents with a staff complement of twenty-two, with aspirations to accommodate sixty residents with enough funding.

We are pleased to have assisted the Areyeng Residence with a donation of ladies’ sanitary products and extend our sincere thanks to Colleen Grobler for her initial, invaluable contribution that grew into this massive distribution initiative.
